Insruments:

The first professional gig was playing electric bass and 12 string guitar for the Sydney based Bluetongue Bush Band. Brian was soon singing backing vocals and even lead on a number of songs. Since then he has concentrated on stringed instruments, adding electric, 6 string acoustic, Roland ananlogue and digital guitar synthesis and cittern / bouzouki to his musical arsenal.

Brian's singing voice is essentally a modern light tenor (rock / folk) and he is equally at home doing lead or backing vocals. To date he has performed lead on the WoodworX and Nightwatch albums and backing vocals on the enQ, Quirky and Harvey Andrew's 'The Gift'.

Deputising:

Brian is a quick study and is available for 'deputising' with other bands on guitar or bass. He has recently worked with Roger Watson, The Fox Hat, Buckley's Chance, Blackthorn, Thinumajig, Laughing Gravy and Knit Your Own Yogurt.
